When you tell yourself that you sattamatka can't have something you want it more. Give yourself a treat once a day (ie. half a cookie) and you won't feel you are missing out.
Soon satta matka this became the norm not the exception. There were constant problems at my houses. Unhappy tenants led to poor upkeep of the property and even more maintenance problems. About one year, after I had amassed 26 houses, I was having problems with roughly 10-15 houses and/or tenants each week. I was evicting at least two tenants each month, and approximately four to seven tenants were either behind on rent or not paying at all. Promises were made, payment plans arranged and few, if any, ever followed through.
Don't be fooled thinking telling fibs will impress that special someone enough to get relationship started... it will turn them off! Be your best self.
The madhur matka letter I stands for Incentive. You must have something inciting you to action...your ultimate "Why". Why are you doing what you are doing? Why do you want to begin that business? An Incentive builds the foundation that keeps you focused on your Miracle. No doubt about it! But again, it is your responsibility to determine what your incentive is and how it will drive you toward your Miracle.
Tip: Try to limit your customer's decision making to either "Yes. I'll buy." or "No. I won't buy". Don't risk losing them by including "which one" decisions.
Everything we do is an opportunity for personal growth. As you get better at integrating your business activities with who you are and your priority of values for the period of time that you are in, you will begin to see yourself operating your business in a superior new level of effectiveness and profitability.
